For use during laparoscopic examinations and surgeries to puncture the abdominal wall tissue and establish a working access channel for abdominal procedures. The product consists of a puncture device and auxiliary components. The puncture device comprises a puncture sheath and a puncture rod (either a rubber or steel rod). The auxiliary components include an insufflation needle and a retrieval bag. Specifically, the puncture sheath is made up of a cannula, sheath base, air-blocking valve, inflation valve, sealing element, and sheath cap; the puncture rod consists of the puncture rod itself (rubber or steel) and its distal tip; the insufflation needle features an inflation valve, handle, outer needle tube, and inner needle tube; and the retrieval bag includes the bag body and pull cord.
