[Structural Composition] This product consists of a silicone ring, elastic sleeve, stretching rope, stretching handle, and cutting protection sheet. The silicone ring is made of silicone CAS number 68083-18-1; the elastic sleeve is made of cotton and rubber; the stretching rope is made of polyester; the stretching handle and cutting protection card are made of ABS.
[Important Performance Indicators]
1. Tensile strength: The elastic sleeve should withstand a force of 150N without damage; a single stretching rope should withstand a force of 150N without breaking; the sewing part at the bottom of the elastic sleeve should withstand a force of 150N without damage.
2. Elasticity: When the GR-40, RE-40, YE-40 silicone ring is stretched to 150mm, the elasticity generated by the silicone ring should be between 84±10N; when the BL-60, OR-60, BR-60, BW-90 silicone ring is stretched to 250mm, the elasticity generated by the silicone ring should be between 215±25N.
3. Strength: The GR-40, RE-40, YE-40 silicone ring should not break when stretched to 200mm; the BL-60, OR-60, BR-60, BW-90 silicone ring should not break when stretched to 300mm.
4. Sterility: The product should be sterile after ethylene oxide sterilization.
5. Ethylene oxide residue: After ethylene oxide sterilization, the residue of ethylene oxide in the product should not exceed 10μg/g.
