Brief introduction to product usage methods
1. Select the required product specifications according to the size of the suturing area.
2. Open the sterile packaging and take out the closure device and suture passer from the sterile packaging.
3. Make a small hole in the abdominal wall tissue, insert the closure device of the fascia suturer (in closed state) into the small hole, pull the pull rod outward, open the clamp, and then turn the pull rod to the left to lock it.
4. Select a 2-0 or 0 suture that has obtained medical device registration according to the size of the fascia. Take a suture, place the head end in the needle slot of the suture passer, and pass the needle tip through the entry hole into the guiding channel, exit hole, abdominal wall tissue, and reach the silicone pad. After piercing the silicone pad, remove the suture passer, and the suture is fixed on the silicone pad. Similarly, pass the other end of the same suture through another guiding channel of the closure device to fix the other end of the suture on the silicone pad on the other side.
5. Turn the pull rod to the right to unlock it, push the pull rod forward to close the clamp, and then lock the pull rod again to pull out the closure device.
6. Remove the suture, tighten it, and tie a knot to complete the fascia suturing procedure.
